ANNOUNCEMENTS
Be aware that papers will be only published in the IES2023 Proceedings with ISBN if the following conditions are satisfied:
- papers (up to 4-6 pages) need to be formatted according to the editorial standard;
- for each contribution at least one conference fee must be paid before June 30th.
We remind you that - in the case of authors who present more than one work - the rule of having at least one registration fee per contribution applies.
Notice that the e-mail containing the final submission by the corresponding Author will stand as the “consent to publish” in the Book of Proceedings. Therefore, for transparency, the corresponding Author should put in cc all the Authors.
In case no detailed information is supplied about the speaker, the corresponding Author is supposed to act as the speaker for the contribution. Further info by the Authors could be communicated together with the final version.
Authors who wish to present a contribution to the conference are required to send a short paper by March 31st 2023.
There are two types of sessions:
- Contributed sessions in which the papers must be sent EXCLUSIVELY to the following address: ies2023pescara@unich.it
- Invited sessions in which the papers must be sent directly to the session's organiser (i.e. the one who solicited the contribution).
All contributions will be subject to a “blind refereeing process”.
The short papers can be submitted using LaTeX or Word editorial standards.

Authors who use the LaTeX template are kindly invited to send a .zip file containing the .text file, all the images and files used for the compilation, and the .pdf version of the contribution.
