A short paper (from 4 to 6 pages) must be submitted to the Scientific Programme Committee by 15 February 2023. Guidelines for short paper format will be available on this page in January.

Papers received by the deadline will be peer-reviewed, and notification of acceptance will be issued by 15 April 2023.

Accepted papers will be presented at the meeting and published by Pearson publisher in the book of short papers, with ISBN, edited by members of the Local Organization Committee and Scientific Committee.

After acceptance, one payment is required for each accepted paper to be presented at the conference. The receipt of the payment must be uploaded with the final version of the paper.

Submission steps:

Authors should select ‘Contributed Session’ or ‘Invited Session’.

Invited sessions are managed by session chairs and submissions are reserved for authors invited by the session chair. The deadline for this session will be communicated directly by the session chairs to the authors. The invited sessions are listed in the Scientific Program page.

Contributed sessions are open to all participants interested in contributing papers in the topics listed below.

The submission process requires:

  • The author’s registration for the meeting. Please note that the registration process requires the selection of the "role" AUTHOR/READER as show in the figure below

  • The paper will be uploaded in PDF format by selecting first a primary keyword from among those proposed in the upload menu. The primary keywords are listed below. A secondary keyword will be also required before the completion of the submission process. The two keywords will be used in the review process.

After acceptance you will be required to upload PDF, Word/Latex and auxiliary files (figures, etc in zip file).

The meeting will include keynote-speaker sessions managed directly by the Scientific Committee.
