Author Guidelines
Invited authors
Authors are invited to submit a short paper (up to 6 pages). Please, submit your short paper by choosing the appropriate path within the track list during the submission process.
Contributing authors for Oral Communications/Posters
Authors wishing to present a contributed paper or a poster are required to submit a short paper (from 4 to 6 pages), by selecting appropriate path within the track list during the submission process.
Notification of acceptance of contributed short papers is February 18th, 2024. The corresponding authors will be informed of the decision by the SDS 2024 Scientific Committee via e-mail communication.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL AND ONLY POSTERS WILL COMPETE FOR AWARDS. MORE INFORMATION SOON
Author Guidelines Templates
The short papers can be submitted using LaTeX or Word editorial standards.
The title and abstract in Italian are not necessary.
All submissions will undergo a peer review process.
Publishing
All accepted short papers will be published in the "Book of short papers - SDS 2024" (with ISSN/ISBN), edited by members of the Local Organizing and Programme Committees.
Each participant can present only one paper.
The workshop's official language is English.
A consent form available on the website must be uploaded as supplementary file during the submission process. Click here to download the consent form.
Short papers must be written in English and must exclusively be sent using the on-line system available at this site. Once you are logged into the system, make sure that the Author box is checked in "My Profile" (top right of the conference page).
Contribution acceptance and publication is conditional upon fees payment.
