Abstract

Flexible employment is an important topic in scientific and political debatein Europe. The present work describes the use of machine learning techniques topredict the contract type, by using information coming from both survey and administrativedata. Information on contract type come from linked data from the LabourForce Survey and the Employment Register of the Netherlands for the period 2007-2015.
