IMPORTANT document for publication of proceedings

Authorization to publish in the "Book of short papers SIS 2019"

Dear Authors,

the editorial staff is working for inserting your contribution in the “Book of Short Papers SIS 2019” (with ISBN, published by Pearson). To do that, we need from you an important document.

So, if you are still willing to publish your contribution in the Book, you should accomplish the following steps before Tuesday April 30:

- download the form for authorization/declaration, available at the following link.

- fill it with the details of your publication and add your signature (by printing the file, signing it on paper, and scanning the signed version).

- upload the signed document as a supplementary file of your original submission. [For adding a supplementary file, go to the page 'SUMMARY' of your submission in the conference platform. The link for adding the supplementary file is at the beginning of that page, in the field 'Submission'].

- for latex users: upload as a supplementary file a zip folder containing all latex source files that you have used.

- for word users: upload as a supplementary file the final .docx file of your paper.

Note that signing the authorization to publish is mandatory for publication in the book of short papers. If you will not upload the signed document by April 30, your paper will not be included in the Book of Short Papers SIS2019.
In such a case, you will still be able to participate with a talk to the SIS2019 conference.

Thank you and looking forward to your participation in this event.
